Whew, Nathalie, what an amazing Italian trip that you orchestrated for me and my daughter. Everything flowed perfectly and it was truly planned perfectly. Both tours were simply amazing. Both of the hotels were great and I would not have thought about it but booking hotels with breakfast included was a great addition because we didn’t have to worry about figuring out meals to start the day.
Hotel Calzaiuoli was a win win. They even had happy hour in the evening. They were right in
the heart of Florence and was steps from all of the major stores and only a 10-12 minute walk
from the train station and many other Florence attractions.
The Pizza and Gelato making class was truly the highlight of the trip. It was fun and interactive

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Rome. Highlights were the location of our hotel to the Colosseum. Vatican tour on my mother’s birthday. Timing of the trains in relation to experiencing Florence-Pisa. We also like the choice of the Big Bus Company compared to other Hop On/Hop Off companies. Only issues were with the transfer company. The driver was more than 30 min late picking us up from the airport and there was a mixup with our pickup arrival time of the Florence to Rome train.
We had the best time and Nathalie did a wonderful job taking care of our affairs. We look forward to making future travel plans with her again. Job well done!!!!”
